SunSong Community

SunSong Community is the land project
that holds space for the Soul Gardens programs

OUR STORY
Scotty, Maayan, Fox, Esben, Jon, and Kristiana began visioning for a land-based community project in 2016. They came together in friendship through a shared love of singing, dancing, wilderness camp-outs, gardening and building regenerative culture. After 2 years of visioning meetings and land visits, an auction sign in downtown Barnardsville led them to their current home at Sun Song.  Only one bid was placed on that synchronistic morning and the rest was history.

Our crew dove right in: planting gardens, trees, and herbs for future generations and tending to the hearth and home to create our sanctuary.  Our project is a continual work in progress; growing together in a way that we believe is a blessing to the land, each other, and the children yet to come.
